Behind the brand

Ergo Marketing Services, founded and led by Imogen Crowther in 2023, provides full-stack marketing services, from consultancy to hands-on implementation. Ergo helps businesses to achieve their marketing objectives, from defining positioning to refining strategy and everything in between, collaborating with a trusted network of designers, developers, and technical experts on projects, as needed. This flexible, one-to-one model allows clients to access high-quality, tailored solutions—without the overhead, bureaucracy and complexity of a traditional agency.

Ergo Marketing Services operates remotely from Italy and works with businesses of all sizes, at all stages.

With almost a decade of experience, Imogen brings 360° expertise to every role, from strategy through to execution. From marketing assistant to independent consultant, she has built a career on delivering solutions that empower businesses to grow and succeed. Her marketing approach is grounded in solid strategy with plenty of room to experiment and innovate through creativity.

Imogen obtained an MSc in International Marketing Management from Leeds Business School in 2019.
